Each class is 50 minutes long. Our coaches know you, work with you, and support you on a journey that lasts longer than a single session. You aren’t asked to do anything that doesn’t work for you, but you are always given the opportunity to learn something new.

Our program is in-person and includes:
3 personal training sessions with a certified exercise oncologist
followed by an 8-week program in which participants work in cohorts on individualized exercise plans.
