Challenge Supplement Stack May 20th 20024
We have carefully selected our supplements to support fat-burning and lean muscle. The stack consists of:
A protein supplement, Morning pre-biotic and thermogenic fat burner, pre-workout.....one caffeinated and one with no caffeine, a post-workout recovery supplement containing amino acids and electrolytes, and finally, a sleep mixture of low-dose melatonin and L-theanine along with lemon balm.
